Welcome to Sleighed! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sleighed mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Take 220 Productions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Sleighed, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Sleighed, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and agree to these Terms, and comply with all applicable laws. If you’re under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian permission.

2. Description of service

Sleighed is a mobile application that lets users upload photos of Christmas trees, generate AI-powered animated videos, save and share those videos, and purchase credits for additional animations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate animations; results may vary based on photo quality, content, and technical factors.

3. Account & registration

The Service creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You may optionally upgrade to a registered account to save data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Credits & payments

Animations require credits. Credits never expire. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use policy

You may create animations for personal use and share them. You may not upload offensive content, illegal content, or content you do not own the rights to.

6. Intellectual property

You grant us a license to use your photos to generate animations. This license ends when you delete your content. We own the app and branding; you have a personal license to use the generated animations.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific AI generation results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
